Every Wednesday, we will meet for an hour to breathe, gently stretch our bodies, and soothe our souls with mindful meditation. This is a chance to be together in movement and stillness. To learn to love ourselves just as we are and take that back into our lives to bless ourselves and everyone close to us.

Carol has been teaching the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course since 2008 and has led hundreds of students through the program. She is also a certified yoga instructor and has completed extensive training through The Center for Mindfulness at the UMass Medical School, the UCSD Center for Mindfulness, and the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion.
