Customized Mindfulness Workshops

We can customize any workshop built around the needs of any group or organization. We’re available for evening workshops, day long workshops, or even an entire weekend. Maybe you own a unique type of business and want to help your employees manage their stress better? Or you may want to plan a couples workshop for your group of friends and family? Whatever the case, just let us know and we will work closely with you to create a unique mindfulness experience.

Our customized programs are typically offered at your chosen location, within a time frame designed to be convenient for the type of workshop you have chosen to create. We offer the following formats and topics as a starting point:

  • Full and 1/2 day workshops.
  • Weekend retreats.
  • 4 to 10 sessions offered weekly in 1-2 hour blocks of time.
