Renew your body, mind, and spirit through the practices of mindfulness and self-compassion. Mindfulness is a special way of paying attention that prepares you to meet life with clarity and ease. Self-compassion is a way to soothe and take care of yourself when life is difficult. Leave with powerful skills you can integrate in to your day-to-day life. Co-founder of Grand Rapids Center for Mindfulness Carol Hendershot will lead this workshop. Space is limited.
The fee for this workshop can be applied to the women’s retreat weekend from April 13-15.
