Join a group of like-minded women who want to explore new ways to renew, refresh, and rejoice in life this spring at Pierce Cedar Creek Institute.
The retreat will include ways to:
- Renew your spirit using mindfulness
- Learn gentle movement practices that deepen your breath and reduce stress
- Refresh your outlook by enjoying nature
- Take a fresh look at food and its nourishing qualities with meals and cooking classes by Chef Paul.

Sign up by Friday, February 24 at 5 pm and receive $30 off registration. Pierce Cedar Creek Institute Members will receive an additional $20 discount off registration.
Pierce Cedar Creek Institute and the Grand Rapids Center for Mindfulness will host a free informational session about the women’s retreat on Thursday, February 23 from 6:30 – 8 pm. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, partake in a mindfulness session, and enjoy refreshments.
